Fine & Fancy
The American Bar, The Savoy
From one of the world’s most famous cocktail bars, the Fine & Fancy is a play on ‘fine and dandy’, a favourite saying of one of its most charismatic guests, Maggie. A nod to her first visit where the legendary bartender, Peter Dorelli offered her daughter her first glass of champagne, this inspired cocktail is a twist on Maggie’s usual drink, whisky and ginger.

The Flapper
Claridge’s Bar, Claridge’s
Created for the opening of Claridge’s Bar in 1998, The Flapper has become one of its most popular cocktails and a perfect pre-dinner aperitif. Named after the independent women of the 1920s, renowned as much for their sophistication as their disdain for tradition, this power cocktail perfectly complements the bar’s Art Deco surroundings.
