non-alcoholic options, and you’re sure to add some fizz-tastic fun to
your festive gatherings.

Fine & Fancy

The American Bar, The Savoy

From one of the world’s most famous cocktail bars, the Fine & Fancy is a play on ‘fine and dandy’, a favourite saying of one of its most charismatic guests, Maggie. A nod to her first visit where the legendary bartender, Peter Dorelli offered her daughter her first glass of champagne, this inspired cocktail is a twist on Maggie’s usual drink, whisky and ginger.

30 ml Mackintosh Whisky

10 ml Honey syrup

10ml Kings Ginger Liqueur

7.5 ml Thym Liqueur

7.5ml Nardini Acqua de Cedro liqueur

2.5 ml Suze gentian liqueur

1 ml Juice of a fresh lemon

70ml Nyetimber English Sparkling Cuvée

Stir all the ingredients together and top with the chilled sparkling wine.

The Flapper

Claridge’s Bar, Claridge’s

Created for the opening of Claridge’s Bar in 1998, The Flapper has become one of its most popular cocktails and a perfect pre-dinner aperitif. Named after the independent women of the 1920s, renowned as much for their sophistication as their disdain for tradition, this power cocktail perfectly complements the bar’s Art Deco surroundings.

15ml Briottet Crème de Cassis

15ml Boiron strawberry purée

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee NV Champagne

½ a strawberry, to garnish

In a cocktail shaker, stir the Crème de Cassis and strawberry purée together, and fine strain into a flute. Top up with the champagne and garnish the rim of the glass with half a strawberry.

Donovan Bar, Brown’s Hotel

Originally designed in partnership with the British jeweller, Boodles, and inspired by their exquisite diamonds (since 1798), this limited-edition cocktail is all pink, festive fun. Created by the renowned mixology team in Mayfair’s stunning Donovan Bar, at Brown’s Hotel, this bitter yet sweet sparkling cocktail is the naughty and nice way to start the party.

40 ml gin

25 ml rhubarb cordial

Ruinart Brut Rosé Champagne

Stir the gin and rhubarb cordial together, add a small ice cube (diamond shaped if possible) and top with the champagne.
